Being happy does not mean that everything is perfect. It means that you have decided to look beyond the imperfections.

I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist based in North London, holding a postgraduate diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology and BA diploma in philosophy and psychology.

Working in different areas and having experiences from various walks of life, I witnessed people`s suffering. The suffering did not entirely come from outside, but it was also coming from the person`s inner world; how it was perceived and what meaning it was given.

The second path emerged from my personal experience of therapy as a client that therapy had such a profound impact on understanding myself deeply and improving my relationship with myself and the others. I wanted to support others through their healing process in the same way. I came to believe that a real change occurs from inside and I am willing to hold a light into your self-journey.

I have experience working with individuals who bring a range of life issues both from the past and the present. These have included childhood trauma, domestic violence, difficulties in relationships, having panic attacks, depression, anxiety and stress, sexual or other abuses, loss and grief, feelings of low self-esteem, life choices.

As a person who came from difficult life circumstances and went through loses, pain and suffering, I believe no matter how hard our current conditions are, we always have inner sources and wisdom that lead us to heal ourselves and bring changes that we want into our life.
